Rocco Iacoviello is a partner of Mango and Iacoviello, LLP. Mr. Iacoviello represents all types of corporations and individuals in a wide range of commercial and business related matters including deal negotiations, drafting contracts, advisement on legal issues related to operations and civil and commercial litigation representing clients in federal and state courts and formal and informal arbitrations and mediations in connection with all types of disputes, including contracts, real estate, torts and personal injury.
Mr. Iacoviello heads the firm’s landlord-tenant practice which specializes in the representation of all landlords, both large and small. Mr. Iacoviello provides expert legal guidance to his clients in all legal matters arising out of the landlord-tenant relationship, including but not limited to, actions for non-payment and holdover.
He also practices in the area of real estate, including representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial title closings and lease negotiation. Mr. Iacoviello represents both landlords and professional and industrial tenants throughout the New York City metropolitan area in office and retail leasing transactions involving the negotiation and drafting of all types of leases offering experienced and knowledgeable commercial lease drafting, negotiation and review.
Mr. Iacoviello sits on the board of The Foundation of Orthopedics and Complex Spine, a world renowned charitable foundation providing optimum orthopedic care in Africa. Mr. Iacoviello is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association and Columbian Lawyers Association.
